Keeping it healthy and fit in an outdoor event can be both fun and entertaining. For the love of music, fitness and dance, Afrobics ,Kukuwa Fitness, Mzuqa Dance in collaboration with Garden City Nairobi will be hosting an outdoor fitness event themed: AFRICAN DANCE CHALLENGE.
The dance is open to the general public who would love to share their love of African music and dance.
