Who can do Afrobics
Afrobics dance is for everyone.
Afrobics is a fun way of working out that can be done by families, a group of friends, colleagues or any other group. The dance seeks to give you a full body workout an alternative to the day-to-day gym-time sessions while keeping you entertained. The african culture is very rich in terms of divers music and sound. Moreso, there exists a vast assortment of cultural dances from Africa. Our mission is to preserve this apect of African traditional and contemporary dances through our fitness and wellness campaign. In all this process, we also amin to empower youth in the society by encouraging them to be the African cultural dance ambassadors.

At Feelfitness center, we teach our members how to use the beautiful African dance moves to stay fit. Staying physically fit doesn’t have to be a complicated affair. We incorporate the most basic tools like drums, Flute, Orutu/Siriri(African violine) and african dance tunes. It is fun, easy to follow, and very entertaining. As we say, the aim is to look good and feel great!
